For Elektro3000 and RLG Polska we created and delivered a nationwide educational contest for children and parents in cooperation with the popular kids’ music group Spoko Loko. The campaign aimed to raise awareness about electronic waste through fun activities, music, and creative art challenges that were easy and engaging for families.

How can you turn e-waste education into fun and engaging activities for children?

Topics related to proper e-waste recycling are often difficult to explain to young audiences in a way that is both attractive and easy to understand. The goal of the campaign was to combine environmental education with entertainment by using language, music, and formats familiar to children and their parents. Another challenge was to create a contest mechanic that would encourage active participation and inspire children to prepare and share their own creative projects.

Contest Strategy and Creative Concept We developed the strategy for an educational contest aimed at children and parents, combining the topic of e-waste with the entertainment world of Spoko Loko. The contest was based on a creative challenge that encouraged participants to actively engage and express their ideas in a fun way. We also planned the complete campaign user flow from communication and promotional activities, through the submission process, to the selection of winners.

Creative Direction and Visual Identity We created the key visual for the campaign together with a full set of graphic materials designed in a colorful and energetic style that appealed to young audiences. We also ensured consistent visual communication across all campaign channels from the landing page and social media to promotional materials.

Development and Contest Platform Implementation We designed and developed the contest landing page, including submission forms and the full technical backend supporting the campaign. The website was created with a mobile-first approach, focusing on a simple and intuitive participation process for users.

Digital Campaign and Social Media We supported the campaign with digital marketing activities and social media communication featuring Spoko Loko. We created promotional content and campaign activities designed to increase reach, engagement, and audience interaction around the contest.

We created a complete contest campaign based on a dedicated landing page, a custom submission system, and digital communication supporting the promotion of the contest.

  • support for campaign communication in social media,

The contest encouraged participants to create their own characters inspired by the world of e-waste and coloring pages connected with the Spoko Loko music video. The best projects had a chance to appear in the group’s official video content.

The result was an engaging educational campaign that combined children’s entertainment with topics related to ecology and e-waste recycling. By working with popular online creators and using a simple contest mechanic, we helped Elektro3000 expand the reach of its educational activities and encourage young audiences to learn about responsible waste sorting.

The project was part of a wider educational campaign created by Elektro3000, focused on promoting proper e-waste recycling and building eco-friendly habits among both children and adults.
